Directions by subway

Go up to the first floor, look for Espresso House, and head through the revolving doors onto Helmakuja.

1. Get off at the Tapiola metro station.
2. If you're coming from the east (e.g., downtown Helsinki), turn left as you exit the subway .
3. Follow the signs for bus routes 10 and 11 on the ground floor and take the escalator up to the first floor.
4. Once you've gone up three sets of escalators (the last ones are long), continue straight ahead, following the signs for bus line 7 and turning sharply to the left.
5. After the next set of escalators, you'll find Espresso House on your left.
6. In front of you, you'll see revolving doors with " Helmakuja" written above them. Go through them to exit.
7. Once outside, turn right. Our clinic is right in front of you.

Directions by car

1. Park your car in the AINOA parking garage, the Tapiola Park P1 garage, or the P1 H1 Kirjokanne parking lot.
2. Take the “AINOA Kirjokansi” elevator to the 1st floor. When you step out of the elevator, you’ll see Stockmann right in front of you.
3. Turn right at the elevators. Walk past Lindex and Rituals along the corridor that curves gently to the left.
4. Walk straight ahead toward Espresso House and keep going until you see the revolving doors with "Helmakuja" written above them.
5. Go out the doors to the roof terrace and turn right.
6. You'll immediately see As.oy Espoon Tulilintu and VM-estetiikka.
