Shipping Methods and Delivery
The online store sells aesthetic treatments and aesthetic medicine training courses.
Treatments and training sessions are held at the VM-estetiikka clinic in Espoo. There are no shipping costs.
Shopping
The service is added to the shopping cart, after which the customer enters the necessary information and confirms the order.
Before making a payment, the customer can edit their shopping cart or cancel the order.
Force majeure
VM Aesthetics is VM Aesthetics liable for delays or damages resulting from force majeure.
Cancellation and Return Policy
Under the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days if the service has not yet been provided.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Consequences of cancellation
Once your cancellation has been approved, your payment will be refunded within 14 days.
If the service has already begun, we will charge you for the portion of the service that has been completed.
The right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed.
Unredeemed service
If you do not arrive at your scheduled time and do not cancel in advance, your payment will not be refunded.
The spot has been reserved and allocated personally.
