Book an appointment for a consultation or treatment
You can book an appointment either online or by phone.
We are available by phone Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Appointment Terms and Conditions
By making a reservation, the customer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions:
- You can cancel your reservation free of charge more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment by calling 044 901 3411.
- On Saturdays and Sundays, you can cancel free of charge more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment by sending an email to info@vmestetiikka.fi
A €50 cancellation fee
- For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, we charge a cancellation fee of 50 euros (this also applies to free consultations).
- We will also charge a €50 cancellation fee if the customer fails to show up for the appointment and does not notify us of the cancellation.
- In the event of illness, we will not charge for the canceled time if the customer provides us with a doctor's note or other reliable documentation.
