Booking Terms and Cancellations for Training Courses Paid for Through the Online Store

We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal for training courses purchased through our online store, starting from the date of purchase. If you notify us of your withdrawal within this period, we will refund the full amount you paid.

Once the 14-day cancellation period has ended, the purchase of the training course is binding. After that, canceling your participation does not entitle you to a refund.
