As we age, the amount of fatty tissue in the face decreases, the structure of the bones changes, and the soft tissues sag. These changes do not occur in just one area, which is why, for example, simply filling in nasolabial folds or marionette lines often does not lead to a natural-looking result.

How is a full-face filler treatment performed?

A full-face filler treatment begins with a comprehensive analysis of the face. During the consultation, Essi assesses the facial proportions, supporting structures, sagging of soft tissues, and the areas most affected by aging. Essi tailors each treatment plan individually.

A total of 4 ml of Juvéderm or Aliax filler is used in the treatment. The filler is distributed across several areas of the face, depending on where structural support has diminished over the years. Not every client is treated according to the same formula; instead, the injection sites are selected based on the unique anatomy of the face.

Fillers can be injected, for example, into the cheeks, temples, jawline, chin, or other areas of the face. The goal is not to add volume to individual facial features, but to restore support and a youthful fullness to those areas where the passage of time has diminished support and volume.

The results of the treatment are visible immediately after the procedure, but the final results are usually assessed 2–4 weeks later, once the filler has integrated—that is, settled—into the tissues.

Full-face filler treatments are not suitable for everyone. If the signs of aging are advanced and there is a significant amount of excess tissue, a surgical facelift may be a more appropriate option.

What is the difference between a full-face filler treatment and a liquid facelift?

Full-face filler treatments and liquid facelifts are both comprehensive treatments for aging faces, but the methods used to perform them differ.

In full-face filler treatment, the facial support structures and proportions are balanced exclusively hyaluronic acid fillers. VM-Esthetics’ full-face filler treatment includes a total of 4 ml of Juvéderm or Aliax filler. This amount is distributed to different areas of the face based on an individualized treatment plan and the client’s preferences.

A liquid facelift is a more comprehensive treatment than a full-face treatment. It hyaluronic acid products with Harmonyca , as well as :

• Botoxcorrects signs of aging in the upper face

The client does not need to choose the treatment that is best for them or familiarize themselves with the mechanisms of aesthetic injection treatments.

Time doesn't stop for aesthetic treatments. If a client wants to maintain the results of a full-face treatment, it's best to plan for follow-up treatments.
