Mon–Thu 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

Appointment Terms and Conditions

By making a reservation, the customer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions:

You can cancel your reservation free of charge more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment by calling 044 901 3411.
On Saturdays and Sundays, you can cancel free of charge more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment by sending an email to info@vmestetiikka.fi

A €50 cancellation fee

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, we charge a cancellation fee of 50 euros (this also applies to free consultations).
We will also charge a €50 cancellation fee if the customer fails to show up for the appointment and does not notify us of the cancellation.
In the event of illness, we will not charge for the canceled time if the customer provides us with a doctor's note or other reliable documentation.
